Nasir Sardar is the Managing Director of R&A Solicitors Ltd, having formed the company in 2015. He studied in Manchester and was subsequently called to the Bar of England and Wales (Non-Practising Barrister).
He later crosses qualified as a solicitor and has practised in the area of Immigration and Nationality Law, as well as in cases of Personal Injury.
Nasir has an excellent client-facing manner and is fluent in several languages, including Urdu and Punjabi. As a result, his reputation has spread far and wide, and he is repeatedly instructed by satisfied clients.

Omozokpia Lucky Atuegbe
Solicitor and Director
Mr Omozokpia Lucky Atuegbe specializes in immigration law, criminal law, and family law. He attended Ambrose Alli University in Nigeria where he graduated in 2000. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in May 2002 after completing his studies at the Nigeria Law School.
Mr. Atuegbe obtained his MA in Human Resource Management at the University of Bolton in 2005 and was enrolled as a Solicitor in England and Wales in April 2007. He has had experience studying and working in Nigeria and the United Kingdom, and this has helped in assisting his clients in resolving their legal matters.
He is caring and dynamic and always looking out for the best interest of his clients.
He is happily married with two lovely children and loves sports – especially football and tennis which he plays when he has the time.

Hammed O’Odusanya graduated as a Bachelor of Law from the University of Benin in 2000, and went on to gain his Master of Law in International Commercial Law with distinction at the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen in 2007.
He became a Barrister at Law in 2003 at the Law School, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria before joining the Law Society of England and Wales in 2013
Hammed has worked with R&A Solicitors Ltd since the formation of the company, and during that time has been heavily involved in cases of Personal Injury, litigation and also in the analysis of risk in cases of commercial litigation.
He has made a particular specialty in the area of litigation, and is well-known as being a stickler for detail, and continually in pursuit of excellence in all that he does.
In his spare time, Hammed enjoys poetry and football in equal measure and travels when he has the time.

Bonaventure qualified as a solicitor in 2004, and since then has developed a diverse range of experiences, having worked in both the public and private sectors.
He joined R&A Solicitors in June 2016 as a consultant solicitor, and his current areas of practice include property law, wills and probate, and commercial law
He has a keen interest in legal research and completed work at the University of Manchester in 2016 on the topic Corporations and the Public Interest: An Institutional Perspective on the Corporate Purpose Question.
His research continues in the areas of corporate governance, corporate and economic ethics, and social responsibility, and he lectures part-time.
Bonaventure is a student member of the Institute of Chartered Solicitors and Administrators (ICSA)
Rosemary is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. Before moving to the UK she was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister at Law. Rosemary receives instructions from clients in Immigration law and Personal Injury law.
Having graduated from Ambrose Alli University in Nigeria in 2002, Godwin furthered his education at Liverpool’s Hope University where he graduated as Bachelor of Law with Honours in 2012.
Having gained his Masters in the Criminal Justice System, he now specializes in Immigration and Asylum Law.
He is married with two children
Wong Chee Fung
Chee has worked with R&A since 2016. He obtained his Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and Legal Practice Course (LPC) from Huddersfield University. Chee specializes in Immigration and Asylum Law.
Moses receives instructions on all areas of Immigration and Asylum Law. He qualified as a Barrister in the Jurisdiction of Nigeria and he uses his advocacy skills representing clients in the Immigration tribunals all over England.
